Do you clean the entire yard?We clean all areas of your property with dog waste, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and more.

How do you ensure my dog's safety?We prioritize your pet’s safety by sanitizing all equipment and footwear with disinfectant between yards to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses like Parvo. For extra peace of mind, we also take photos of gates after cleaning to confirm they are securely closed.

How much does your service cost?We offer pet waste removal plans starting at just $15 per clean-up (billed monthly). Final pricing depends on yard size, how often you want service, and the number of dogs. Click here for a free quote.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?Yes, we’re happy to clean with dogs around! However, for our safety, we ask that dogs that may be aggressive toward strangers stay indoors during the cleaning. If a dog shows aggression, we’ll kindly request they remain inside for future visits.

Do I have to sign a contract?No contracts! You can start, pause, or cancel your pet waste cleanup service anytime through your customer portal or by calling us.

What time will you arrive for my cleanup?Your cleanup will be on your scheduled service day, and we’ll send you a text notification 30 minutes to 1 hour before our arrival. Please note that we may adjust service days and times for route optimization, but if changes are necessary, we’ll do our best to provide you with adequate notice.

What happens to the waste once you've cleaned my yard?After cleaning your yard, we take the waste with us and dispose of it properly for your convenience.

When will I be billed?Payment is required upfront to get on the cleanup schedule. For regular services, you'll be charged the monthly (or pro-rated) rate when you sign up. After that, billing occurs on the 1st of each month for ongoing services.

How are weekly service rates billed monthly if weeks in a month vary?We calculate the monthly billing for weekly services using an average of 4.33 weeks per month (52 weeks in a year divided by 12 months). This ensures your monthly bill stays consistent, even in months with five weeks.

How do you calculate bi-weekly service rates?We calculate bi-weekly rates by averaging the total number of visits (26 per year) over 12 months. This comes out to about 2.17 visits per month, ensuring consistent monthly billing regardless of calendar fluctuations.

How does billing work if I sign up in the middle of the month?If you sign up for weekly service in the middle of the month, your first cleanup is free with our current promotion. After that, you’ll only pay for the remaining visits in the month. The following month, you’ll be billed your regular monthly rate on the 1st of the month.
